Nikki honors this belief by meeting the request with compassion, a wealth of knowledge, and nearly fifteen years of professional counseling experience. She has a master’s degree from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in education from Ohio Dominican College. She is a licensed, independent social worker and has experience in a variety of agency and private practice settings. Her work is client-focused and centers on supporting clients as they work towards overcoming obstacles and achieving their personal goals. In addition to introducing clients to new skills and information, Nikki believes this must take place in a setting that fosters a sense of safety and lack of judgment.

Nikki has been married for 24 years and has two children. When not working, she is active in her church and enjoys scrapbooking and other creative hobbies.
